Resources
The MUMC is closely affiliated with the NIH-funded MU Mutant Mouse Resource and Research Center (MMRRC) and Rat Resource and Research Center (RRRC). Through collaboration with those centers, we are able to provide an unmatched range of services for the characterization of complex microbial communities and generation of mice and rats harboring a desired gut microbiota. Sequencing and informatics analysis are performed at the MU DNA Core and Informatics Research Core facilities.
